Exchange Policy

At Katzo, we want our customers to be pleased with their purchase. If for any reason you are nor completely satisfied, your may exchange/replace your product. Katzo has an exchange policy of up to 7 days.

We will exchange any unworn/unused products with original packing and tags within seven (7) days of your purchase for an exchange.

*Please note that the product must be exchanged with original invoice.
